  Where Do You Hire These People?! This was one of those 'the staff was awful' reviews where to be honest Dr. Ho was friendly and helpful, listened and gave advice. Which is the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. Unfortunately he was the only real sparkle in an otherwise grimed up mess they call an office staff. The problems started before I could even make an appointment. I call to schedule seconds after getting off the phone with my insurance who says I need no referral because my plan does not require one. I call and get told I need a referral from another phycisian... I explain that I spoke with my insurance company and as a provider in my network they are showing I dont. So I call my insurer again and get told again I dont need to referral. I call back get told the insurance is wrong it is office policy to have a referral. I end up getting an appointment after having both the insurance and the lady speak with each other. I set the time and was at the office early and left feeling better about things. Well that didnt last long. I was told by Dr. Ho to contact the Surgeon Scheduler. I call and the lady picks up with a sigh and a 'Yesss?' No 'Hello thank you for calling Space Coast ENT, how can I help you?' It gets better, I say hello, my name, and I need to speak with so and so. She puts me on hold without a response (I thought I was hung up on at first save the music.) Then gets back on and says 'Kimberly?' to which I respond 'Kristina?' Her following answer makes me want to see this gal retrained. 'Oh ya well whatever, she's out of the office for the rest of the day, leave me a number and she will call you back.' ......Oh boy. The rudeness the tone the lack of respect or professionalism. I'm calling to set up an 8 grand or higher surgery appointment and you not only cant remember my name for 20 seconds but you don't apologize and then respond with a whatever? This is not the place I will consider to help me further. I came to find solutions to my ENT problems not add more on with poorly trained and rude staff. The kicker I never received a call back. Guess they don't need business?
