- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've had to use this facility several times in the last few years. We have always been happy with services received. We just had to go yesterday and my dog ended up having surgery. Beforehand, they gave us an estimate that included a high and a low depending on what needed done once they got in there. You pay the low estimate when you leave your pet and pay the remaining upon picking them up, if you ended up needing the extra services. We were quite surprised to come back to grt out dog and not only mother be charged for the high estimate, but we ended up getting a small refund on the low estimate.
