  They booked two separate appointments for each for my two girls well in advance that put the appointment into the next year. They remind you by message about the appointment, but very close to the date, while it was my responsibility that I forgot about the appointments and it was a schedule conflict with my work, I couldn't make it. I called to cancel the one, but the message came after I got out of work for the other one and the office was closed. Anyway, they sent me a letter about how they were going to "drop" me from the practice because of how important THEIR time is and continued to berate me about how my daughters teeth had to be seen in 30 days by another Dr. I think the letter is ridiculous, I don't care if I give my money to another Dr. (We have been going to SS ever since my girls started going to the dentist!) The letter didn't speak volumes about how you care for my baby girls teeth, just about YOUR time. What about my time when you triple book your dentist and we wait there while she goes back and forth between 3 kids? Do better!
