- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I attempted to get a quote for a vacant lot purchase closing. I stopped in the Alliance office and gave them all the info. They punted me to someone else in the office (Steve Spragins) who had none of the details that I previously provided when he contacted me. I repeated myself and asked Steve for a quote, but never heard from him ever again. I then Emailed Liz and asked her for a quote, but she ignored me too. Horrible customer service -- they apparently don't want to be bothered with vacant lot closings.February 22, 2017by Yo Whasssup
